Pick It Up! Put It Down!
Grab a light set or medium set of weights. If you don’t have any, just grab a book, a melon, a computer or a small dog if that’s all you have!
Place what ever object you found on the floor. Lunge to pick up the object then reach up like you’re reaching to put it on a high shelf. Then you change your mind about the shelf and lunge back down to place it on the floor. Put it down, and pick it up AKA lunge and reach!
Lunge and reach to the right 50 times!
Lunge and reach to the left 50 times!
