Awesome lower ab workout to burn that tummy fat!
Laying on the floor, lift your legs straight up and keep them stick straight and glued together. By contracting your abs, lift and lower your legs up to the ceiling and back down. Repeat 30 times!
In the same position as step one, lift and lower your legs to the floor without touching the floor then lift back up. Both movements should be done in 2 counts down and 2 counts up. Make sure to inhale when your legs go down and exhale when they come up! Also, never let your back arch, keep your abs engaged at all times! Repeat 20 times!
From a laying position, lift up to a teaser, balancing on your sit bones with your back and legs straight forming a letter “V”. Repeat 20 times!
Hold your teaser for 30 seconds!
