Step 1

Hold forearm plank for 30 seconds!

Step 2

Child’s pose for 5 deep breaths through the nose then out through the mouth.

Step 3

Hold forearm plank for 1 minute!

Step 4

Child’s pose for 7 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the  mouth.

Repeat entire set 5 times!
