Lunges – A Workout To Love and Hate!

Step 1
With your legs apart and wider than your hips, bend and straighten your knees while slightly leaning forward. Do this, 30 times!

Step 2
With your legs together, step the right leg forward and bend both knees. Make sure left knee is pointing down and right knee is aligned with your heal (never tracking over your foot). Both legs should be making a 90 degree angle! Come back up and do the left leg. Repeat both sides 30 times each!

Step 3
Side lunges! Step right leg to your right side while bending your knee and keeping your left leg straight and parallel to the floor. Lean forward every time you lunge. Come back up and do the left leg. Repeat both sides 20 times each!

Step 4
Chair pose on the wall! With your back against a wall, legs together, bend your knees 90 degrees, align your knees and heals. Hold pose for 1 minute!
