Surf Workout – Paddle Stength

If your like me at all, you also get incredibly frustrated with those flat times of the year with no surf. Now obviously no surfer likes it when there are no waves, but I’m talking more specifically of the frustration of losing your paddle strength. I have noticed for myself that when I am not surfing regularly I quickly lose endurance and mobility in the water, sometimes it can only take a day or two to get it right back, but by then the swell is gone and you missed your opportunity! I decided to start taking a look around for workouts and exercises that can keep me on top of my game, even if my schedule doesn’t allow me to get in the water.
