Here are a few we use.
1. Mashed banana (or cut banana) with honey and oats (or ground up almonds)
2. Sliced piece of Apple with almond butter and honey
3. Non fat Greek yogurt with granola
4. 8 ounces of watermelon and banana juice
Now you’ll be able to stay away from the cookie or brownie! But if you’re on that time of the month, one piece of dark chocolate never hurt anyone 😉
