Here are some great tips for eating less that we use everyday!
1. Have a glass of water 30mins before every meal
It will hydrate your body and give you the sensation that you’re full.
2. Never let your body starve
If you’re hungry have an apple. Apples clean your system and keep you satisfied until your next meal.
3. Do not drink during your meal
Any liquid will make the food in your stomach expand making you bloated and making it harder for digestion.
