We all love a good burn!
We all want to workout, but sometimes we just can’t find the time. Here is a little butt burner workout to start your day of right or tighten up that booty right before going out.
Here it is:
From Downward dog position – Leg lifts x 30 each leg (Should feel some serious burn on that tush)
From laying on stomach – Hamstring Curls x 30 each leg and pulse!
